Hope For The Persecuted This Easter

Mar 28, 2024

Keep your prayers, and your generosity,
flowing to the persecuted!

Good news out of Nigeria as we head into Easter weekend ...

The Associated Press just reported:

“More than 130 children abducted more than two weeks ago from their school in Nigeria’s northwestern state of Kaduna were rescued Sunday and are getting psychological support before being returned to their families.”

Praise God.

In addition:

“At least 17 other schoolchildren in northern Sokoto state were also rescued two weeks after they were taken hostage, according to a statement issued Saturday by the Sokoto state government.”

This is hopeful news from a nation that has seen over 1,400 student abductions since 2014.

The persecution of Christians, the violence toward children and adults, the oppression many believers feel worldwide because of their faith ...

Jesus knows about it all. He intimately knows their pain.

“If they persecuted me, they will also persecute you,” He says in John 15:20. But He also gives believers the power of prayer, and we’ve just seen Him answer the prayers of saints worldwide after this latest terrorist abduction in Nigeria. We are deeply committed to prayer support, and tangible relief for the persecuted in northern Africa and beyond!

Please give generously today to Liberty Relief International to:

  1. Stand with brothers and sisters in Christ.

  2. Deliver humanitarian aid.

  3. Ease their burdens.

  4. Comfort their spirits.

  5. Provide for their needs.

  6. Share the good news of the Resurrection and the hope of eternity with those suffering in this physical world.

Thank you for ministering to the persecuted on our Savior’s behalf.

Have a beautiful Easter weekend!
