Stand with Believers Facing Hardship

“If you are insulted because you bear the name of Christ, you will be blessed, for the glorious Spirit of God rests upon you” (1 Peter 4:14).
Brothers and sisters in the body of Christ know this truth deep down. They cling to it as they endure insults and attacks for their faith.
Paulos,* an Eritrean Christian, tells Open Doors:
“We live in fear of who will be arrested next. Will it be another brother in Christ? Will it be me? But we must continue to walk with God. We build upon what others have done before us.”
Batoul,* a believer in Morocco, says:
“Every time I feel this pain, I cry. But I also pray. It’s through prayer that I can get through this. In all the sadness, I behold Christ in my life because when I remember that He’s with me, I feel joyous.”
Please stand with believers like these as they face hardship for their faith.
Give generously to Liberty Relief International to minister to their needs.
And pray for Paulos, Batoul, and the millions of others who bear the name of Christ — that they will be strengthened and encouraged by the Lord every moment of every day.
In His service,
Mat Staver
